Cristin Marie Carter
Founder
Cristin’s 15+ years in investment management began in Brazil with a focus on private markets. She specialized in originating, structuring, and funding niche credit strategies across asset classes such as litigation claims, asset-based lending, CaaS lending, and supply chain finance.
Earlier in her career, Cristin held business development roles at Latin America’s oldest private financial institution and an independent asset manager.
Cristin holds a B.B.A. in International Business from The University of Texas at Austin, studied International Finance at ESADE in Barcelona, and is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

With over 15 years of extensive experience in the world of investments, has established a distinguished career that spans continents and sectors, beginning in Chile and evolving through the dynamic landscape of New York City.
Over the years, has cultivated strong relationships within the investment community, collaborating with key players including pension funds, endowments, foundations, family offices, and registered investment advisors (RIAs).
